After the Kargil War (Operation Vijay) in 1999, the Mishine Foundation was established. Since 2016, the Foundation has been providing psychological and rehabilitation services to disabled soldiers, disabled dependents of soldiers from all Indian Armed Forces, and war widows, battle casualty widows, and physical casualty widows. The most effective intervention for new cases of all kinds of fatal fatalities has been "Instant Grief cum Psychological First-Aid Counseling."
